I have been working on my upcoming photo exhibit and I came across this photo that I took over the summer. It really struck me today and I thought it was the right time to share it.
My daily perspective is my way of showing you how I see the world and what stands out to me, primarily in nature. I will try to identify what is captured or at least place where the photo is taken. I am not an expert at identification, so if you see an incorrect label or know additional information about the picture, please comment. Thanks!

Water
I decided today was going to be a water day. It was a bit windy and the sun kept changing with cloud cover. It made some interesting colors and waves. I have not made any edits to the photos below.
Caterpillar
It was so windy and this caterpillar was holding on tight, I found it really interesting to see how the lighting changed in just a few short minutes at this spot.

Great Blue Heron
Yesterday, at the John Heinz Wildlife Refuge, I watched a Great Blue Heron for a while. It stood on the house for tree sparrows for a long time and I was hoping to see it catch a fish. After a while I decided to move on and then I heard a loud squealing behind me and the Great Blue Heron decided to follow me and get closer to me. I found this very intriguing so I watched it for a while longer. I captured some pictures of it as it got closer to me. However, it did not catch a fish before the construction vehicle came and I felt the pressure to leave, so the gentleman could work.
